Our much-loved lightweight Merino jersey is back, and this time with an update. We’ve revised the pattern to create a better fitting jersey on the bike, and one that holds its shape and the contents of the rear pockets better when you’re loaded up for adventure. Details matter, and we’ve reinforced key sections of the jersey to improve durablility as well.
As for the design, we wanted to offer something with a bit of a vintage, casual asthetic, and one that will age well no matter how long you wear it. Hand-palaced lines and stick graphics pair well with natural materials. We think this jersey is just as home on a group ride as it is out on the trail. Sleeves are slightly longer than some classic cut cycling jerseys, because we like it that way!
Our lightweight merino blend is a 70% Merino and 30% synthetic bend. The synthetic fibers aid in shape retention and pocket support. We don’t find this wool blend to be scratchy in any way. It’s soft and performant. It runs slightly warmer than your average full synthetic jersey, but performs very well on all-day rides. Some people may notice a faint eau de sheep with our natural wool garments. It fades with time, and is simply inherent to this fabric.
This jersey is cut to unisex sixing. We think that our jersey cuts tend to fit in-line with standard race-oriented cycling cuts from other brands. Please refer to the size chart when ordering.

We work with expert sewers and pattern makers and the finest fabric mills and suppliers that we can find. We revise and improve our garments constantly, and we’re always listening for feedback from our riders, including you!
The Pick Up Sticks Jersey is all about vintage stripes, natural materials, and a hand-sketched aesthetic. The cut is engineered to perform, but the visuals will let people know that you’re not about to let this sport be overly serious.
Please check your sizing carefully. We do allow returns and exchanges if the garment is unworn, but our production runs are small and our clothing can sell out quickly in any given size. If you do need to return for a refund, we do not refund shipping costs.
