Because our team of six goes through no less than three pounds of coffee each week, our multi-talented painter (and baker and furniture-maker), Brad B., went on a quest to Grand County Roasters to learn the art of roasting. High in the Rockies, he collaborated to create our Rodeo-Roasted Ultra-Bespoke Coffee Beans.

Tasting Notes
This is a medium roast made from Mexico Jaguar Honey beans. It is a fluid-roast, high-altitude brew that features a flavor-forward profile and a clean finish with notes of honey. It performs beautifully as a pour-over, drip, or espresso brew.
