I was wondering if I can remove a small plastic piece on the inside bottom of the downtube underneath the cargo door securement post. I believe this small plastic piece is interfering with trying to slide a storage bag into the downtube. Does that make sense? I can email a picture the plastic piece if needed.
Either way, I am loving my Donkey. Keep up the good work!

You can remove that. That is just a cable tie down which helps prevent cable rattle. If you are storing things in the downtube, the items themselves may provide the compression needed to prevent rattling.
