According to your website I would ride a 54cm as I’m 5’7″ but typically have a problem with toe overlap. I’m curious if there’s a way to measure it? I would like to run 650b which would seemingly help and I wear a 43 shoe. Any insight would be appreciated.

Dave,

I would be very surprised if you have toe overlap on our 54cm because it was a high priority to eliminate it when designing our frames. 650b would indeed help, but even at 700c we don’t have reports of overlap.

One thing you could do is measure the front-center of your current bike with overlap to compare with our front-center measurement. Front center is the measurement from the center of the BB to the center of the front axle. You can then use that distance to calculate your toe position from the bb center and the radius of the 650b tire you are looking at to see if the two would touch at all. We can compare the FC of your existing frame to the FC of our frame. If our distance is greater that is how much more toe clearance you will have.
