What is the max fender size for 700c tires? I was specifically looking at the PDW Full Metal Fenders – 700×55. Would these fit?

700×55 should fit fine based on the measured dimensions of the frame. Sometimes larger fenders need to be shaped or trimmed a little when maxing out fender size.
