2025 Rodeo Italy Summer Camp
Rodeo Summer camp is a first of its kind gathering for riders in the Rodeo Labs global community to get together in a dream destination for a week of mixed terrain riding with friends old and new.

When is it, and where is it?
The gathering will commence on August 27th, and run through September 1st, 2025. We will be based out of Agriturismo Fulcio Miari Fulcis, near Belluno. This farm and agriturismo has is run by Fulcio and his family, and has been in the family for countless generations. Fulcio is a Rodeo Labs rider and has demo bikes on-site himself.
Lodging
There will be different lodging options for our riders. We will send out a survey with each registration to inquire about lodging options for each person or pair. Cabins and rooms will be limited, and first come first served. Tent camping will be a lower cost option and will include necessary additional facilities to ensure a good stay.

There are a handful of stand-alone cabins onsite, each with typical cabin amenities. We will work with riders to set up single, shared, or couples rooms.

The main builds of the historic farm complex are a charming mix of accommodations. We will work with riders to set up single, shared, or couples rooms.

If you’re adventurous and are in the mood to camp under the stars each night, you can bring your own tent and set up for the event. Tent camping will be the lowest cost option.

Activities
This trip is about three things: Riding bikes in beautiful places, making new friends, and eating good food. With regards to bike riding, we will create itineraries for each day based on the makeup of our attendees. Our local guides know the Dolomites inside and out, and will make sure we experience fun and challenging routes. Most days will be loops starting and ending at our base camp. Loops will vary between about 50km and 100km per day or 30-60 miles per day. We will send out a survey to each attendee to get a sense of abilities and preferred distances, and will plan about that. On certain days we may create multiple routes for riders with different ambitions. If you want the toughest, most rewarding riding the Dolomites can muster, we’ll mix some of that in. If you want to focus on fun and taking in the view, we’ll plan that in as well. We will also be creating an option for up to 20 riders to do an overnighter at an off-site location so that they can venture further from base camp and see more of the Dolomites. The overnighter option will have an additional cost for off site hotel lodging. As you can see, we haven’t planned the entire itinerary yet, but once we have our attendees booked and know our demographic makeup, the next stage will be route planning.
Dining
While at base camp, we will include both breakfast and dinner for all riders, and we will plan on eating meals together. We think the magic of this event won’t just be the riding, it will also be the off-bike time spent with other like minded people from around the world. Sharing a meal and perhaps a bottle of wine or grappa is one of the best ways to make fast, lifelong friends.

While out on the road or trail riding, it will be up to each rider to stop into local stores or cafes to forage for whatever food suits them the most! We think it is super fun to leave the middle of the day un-scripted in that regard.

Gear
Each rider will bring their own bike for this trip. You can either bring it with you on the plane, or you can ship it to our Rodeo Europe HQ so that it is waiting for you when you arrive.
You’ll want to set your bike up for mixed terrain riding from road to dirt, and even trails cutting through the farms or forest if that’s your jam.
You’ll want to have gear for late summer weather – including rain showers, and any camping gear you might need.
We will send a complete gear list in the coming months.
Transportation
People will be coming from all corners of our globe to attend this event, so we will be available to advise and assist with transportation. If coming by train, Venice International Airport is the closest option. For people coming throughout Europe, train travel is also a great option. You could drive, or, even more awesome feel free to ride your bike to the event! No matter what way you are coming, rest assured that this event is being planned out by locals in Italy, and they’ll be able to help get everyone to and from base camp without maximal stress.

Registration Cost
Total costs for the event will be finalized for each rider depending on which lodging and activities they opt for. Our current registration costs are anticipated to be between 1,200 to 1600 euro per person.
In order to register, a 200 euro deposit will be required per-rider. These initial funds will be used to reserve lodging during this busy tourist time, and to offset some administrative costs that come with setting up such a complex event. If you register and later need to cancel, the deposit will not be refundable under any conditions, as our reservation fees and administrative costs will also not be refunded to us.
Rodeo Summer camp is not a profit center for Rodeo Labs. Our goal is to create this experience “at cost”. All registration costs will go towards hiring local guides, buying local food, and securing local accommodations for riders. Other miscellaneous. logistical costs will be covered by our registration costs. All funds will be received and managed by Rodeo Europe.
