Was wondering if it is possible to run the rear dynamo light cable internally under the crown and come out the internal hose port on the steerer into the toptube/headtube with brake hose running through so all cables can be hidden?

It would be a very tight fit to do so, but it has been done, yes.
Check out the build that this custom did that does as you describe. The same would be possible on 6 Ti.
