FL50 – 52cm – Sram Red AXS 2x – Custom Paint – Gravel Racer

Every Ready To Roll Dealtime build has a story, and this 52cm Flaanimal 5.0, done up in a beautiful two-tone fade is no exception. This frame started life as a completely custom commission, which we completed and were set to deliver when we noticed the most tiny ding in the top tube. So we set this frame aside and painted another brand new frame for the customer. We all agreed that for this frame, the ding was incredibly minor, and difficult to even see, so it wouldn’t not affect the durability or performance of the frame. As soon as we agreed on that, we knew that this was a prime candidate for a Ready To Roll build.

Chef Coco stepped in and decided to whip this beauty into shape as a steel gravel racer. For drivetrain he specced 2x Sram Red AXS. Right of the bat that makes this a go-fast bike. Did we mention that the paint job was inspired by the Williams F1 team? You can probably see where this is going. To continue the build, Ritchey WCS components, Rodeo 2.0 carbon wheels, a Praxis carbon crank, Selle Repente Quasar 2.0 saddle, and Vittoria Terreno Dry tires were decided on. In a final flourish, Coco added Zipp Vuka Alumina Aero Bars with Sram AXS blip shifters on them.

For those days that going fast isn’t on the menu, the aero bars can be easily removed and set aside for future events.

In every way possible, this is a very high end Flaanimal build. Because we built it with in-stock components and with the tiny ding in the frame, it’s thousands off its retail price. The frame is still fully covered by our factory warranty, and we’ll stand behind this build the same as we do every bike we sell.

A 52cm Flaanimal is best suited for a rider 5’4”-5’6”
