Gold Rush six panel hat

It’s been a few years since we’ve offered a Rodeo hat, but not for lack of trying. We didn’t want to do another same-same hat this time around, so we attempted to do something fresh with two other hat makers before arriving at the third, who finally succeeded in bringing the cap that we had imagined to life.

The Gold Rush cap is true to it’s name by way of a gold foil logo treatment on the front panel, which throws back to our 1.0 and 4.0 Rodeo kits from six and ten years ago. Instead of ink or embroidery, the foil catches light that much better, and the graphics pop from the hat with a bit more zest.

We didn’t stop the design on the front panel. On the two side panels we created a slanted dot pattern that evokes the front, and we laser cut the pattern into the hat, creating not just a pattern, but also some additional venting, just in case you happen to be a hot head.

The Gold Rush hat has an adjustable strap on the back, and fits a wide range of head sizes, including large heads with plenty of hair.
