Having a hard time w my Ritchey carbon seatpost slipping on my TD 3.1 Previous issues were solved by some carbon paste, no luck now. Can I torque past 4nm? The seat post is well under 27.2, leading to a substantial diff with the inner diameter of the frame.

Yes it is ok to torque past the 4nm listed on that clamp. That is a third party clamp with an extremely conservative torque number. 6-7nm shouldn’t be an issue. We have noted a lot of variability in post diameter between different post brands as well.
